One-to-One Coaching 

The advantage of one-to-one coaching is that it is totally bespoke and it gets faster results.  
 
I start with where you are and help you to get to where you want to be by dealing with blocks, whatever is holding you back, and so much more. 
 
There is also a closed Facebook group available for all coaching clients to provide additional support. 
 
I have a therapy room in Stroud where the coaching can take place, although I also offer video calls or if I travel to you, I charge extra to cover my travel.

Online Course 

The online course consists of easy-to-follow videos and worksheets to complete and work on at your own pace. 
 
To make it more tailored to you, it also includes 3 one-to-one coaching sessions (online or in person), which ensures your online course addresses your specific needs. 
 
There is also a closed Facebook group for anyone on the course to provide additional support. 
After the course, the follow-on can include up to 3 discounted one-to-one sessions, and there is also the option to continue in the group for a monthly fee.

What is NLP...? 

NLP was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the USA in the 1970s.  
 
They discovered there was a connection between neurological processes (neuro), language (linguistic) and behavioural patterns (programming). 
 
They realised that by 'modelling' exceptional people, they could re-programme the mind and it would allow anyone to gain and use these skills.
