Hello! I'm Sam from Unique Coaching. Welcome to my website!
I help people move from Surviving to Thriving, so they can love themselves fully and live freely.
I do this through intuitive coaching, NLP, Reiki, meditation, journalling, creativity and so much more! I am also an author as well as making gemstone jewellery which is infused with Reiki to help bring out the best in you. ...so, as you can see, I really do believe that "variety is the spice of life"!
Who am I?
I am a teacher, coach, mentor, healer, singer, dancer, creative, mum, author and so much more.
Previously, I was the woman who was negative, insecure, stressed, anxious, took on other people's problems, didn't feel I was worthy enough to be seen and heard, and that everyone was better than me, and that I wasn't good enough.
That all came out in me as Fibromyalgia, burnout, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, high levels of stress and anxiety.
Now, I am the woman who is positive, confident, calm, spiritual, stands in her power and knows that she IS good enough! I flow through life using all the tools and techniques I have, to meet any challenges head-on. I am the creator of my own reality, quirky, fun-loving and authentic, and proud to be uniquely me.
I believe that everyone is unique, but sometimes we get lost and hidden. I help people find their unique selves.

Unique Gemstone Jewellery Infused with Reiki, Made with Love
I make bespoke gemstone jewellery which I infuse with Reiki healing.
All jewellery is made with love and infused with Reiki.
The earring loops and posts are silver, as are the chains.
I offer a bespoke service, so if there is something you would like that you can’t see, please email me and ask. Also, cords and chains can be switched if necessary.
If you’re local to Stroud, pop in to see me at the Shambles market on the 1st Saturday of each month!
