Team Management/Working
All teams undergo transitional changes at some point during their existence. When a new team is formed, it can require people to work together who have never done so before. Straight away, that team is faced with different personalities, different ways of thinking and different ways of working. This is all before even considering the actual work expected from that team.
The next step will be to deal with clashes of personality, people looking for alternative jobs and people disagreeing with decisions/working practices.
The team then settles, differences are ironed out along the way and what is left is an efficient and functioning team. At which stage is your team?
There is always room for improvement and this is where coaching will help. How would you answer the following questions?
- How successful is your team?
- How can you make your already successful team even more successful?
- What makes a team effective?
- How do you measure your team's effectiveness?
- What makes a team dysfunctional?
- If your team is complacent, why is it?
- Are you able to identify positive and negative contributions within your team?
- How influential are you as a leader or a manager?
- How does your team perceive you as their leader/manager?
Children and Young People
Children and young people today are faced with many dilemmas.
The various coaching models we use assist children and young people to make decisions about what it is they want to change, improve or achieve within their lives. These models also help to build their confidence and ability to set goals and most important of all, to turn those goals into reality. As all our coaching packages are individually tailored, we strongly recommend that you contact us on 01925 570566 or 07720 080216 for further information.
Goals, dreams, ambitions, can all be stolen by other people when they pass on their own fears about certain situations. Sometimes this can also be done simply out of concern for the child or young person. One of the many benefits of working with a coach is that he/she has no personal agenda and is therefore able to form an unconditional coaching relationship with the child/young person.
Every child and young person should be able to succeed in life, whether it is on a personal or career level, and be able to deal with life’s challenges in such a way that will make them stronger for having done so.
The obstacle that can seem impossible to overcome is never as difficult as it first appears to be. Coaching will open many doors and empower the child/young person to have the courage and confidence to step through that door.
Today’s children and young people are the future of tomorrow and coaching will empower any child or young person to success.
