Change

Communication

People often forget that they cannot not communicate!  Non-verbal communication accounts for approximately 93% of communication.  This means that people have the choice to either make their communication conscious or unconscious.


Communication is influenced by how people perceive themselves (self-image) and how they perceive others.  A positive self-image will usually result in positive communication, the opposite is also true.


Clarity of communication has an enormous effect on expectations, measures of success and progress against both of these two elements.
