About Unique Business Development
Unique Business Development Limited was founded in October 2005 and was born from a passion and dedication for the active promotion and dissemination of personal development and ongoing learning for children, young people and adults. The Coaches who work with us are professionally qualified individuals, all sharing the same ethos.
Unique Business Development Limited works with children, young people and adults of all ages and from all walks of life. When undertaking work with children and young people, we encompass the 5 Outcomes of the Every Child Matters agenda in order that children and young people are empowered to achieve their true potential.
Our Director, Anna Zammit, was trained by and qualified with, the Coaching Academy, the UK's leading experts in Coach Training and the international leader in Coach Training Programmes.
Anna boasts a varied career background, which includes qualifications in teaching, NVQ Assessing and Verifying, training and a considerable number of years spent working in the private and public sectors. Her natural enthusiasm for personal development enabled her to successfully progress her career in the educational field, where she successfully taught in Further and Secondary educational establishments. Her work in the private sector has taken her into industries such as brewing, construction, disability, engineering, human resources, manufacturing, marketing, public relations and recruitment, to name but a few!
Anna spent several years working in the public sector, as an employee and as a self-employed Training Consultant. The latter took her country-wide and involved her successfully working with IT systems within Children's and Adult's services. Part of this work necessitated Anna writing bespoke training courses and associated materials as well as delivering actual training.
Anna's dedication to ongoing personal development took a new direction when she recently became a Local Government Appointed School Governor. We wish Anna well with this new venture. Watch this space!
